That is inaccurate. To be fair, I should clarify. I called the dealership shortly after my inquiry (2:23pm) as I was trying to plan my day and decide if an hour long drive would be worth my time. The gentleman I spoke said he would get back to me with the vehicle status. As I was concluding the call with that sales representative, someone did call me (2:26pm) as a response from my online inquiry. I explained to that person that I had called the dealership already and just ended a call with someone who said they would call me back with information. I added that being I had an hour drive I was trying to get the availability asap and was not sure how quickly I would hear back. At 3:10pm I called again to get a status because at this time I did not hear back as to the vehicle availability. At this time I was told someone was out on the lot verifying if it was in stock and they would call me right back. I received no call or further email regarding this after this call. I'll add a star to my review for the first call back, but it's not that difficult to follow up with a customer on vehicle availability. I still have no idea if it's available so my question was never answered.
This was my first Lincoln experience and i will never buy another Lincoln from here again or recommend anyone else to do so either.
Just want to say they are very fair and professional. I remember back in August I had traded in my Infiniti G37X 4 door to them and they gave me a whopping $1500 more than it was worth towards my new lease. Man I miss that car. I now have a 2017 Ford Edge Sport. I’m a car geek and for this to be my First ford ever. I think I’ll be back when my lease is up for a RAPTOR.
Been coming for years great service friendly sales staff. I miss having them in Summit (it was closer) Still a fantastic place to buy and get service.
After hours of negotiating a deal with the dealership and finally coming to a mutual agreement, the carfax comes to light showing that the vehicle had a previous car accident. They wouldn't budge on the price and i should of left but was suckered into getting the car. Lessons learn and it wont happen again. Mind you i am a military veteran with two tours, one in Iraq and the other in Afghanistan and even showed up to the dealership in my military uniform. That did not matter!

I called two times to verify a vehicle advertised online was available and no call back from either call. The second time I was told someone was on the lot looking to see and that they would call me right back. Read below for more thorough information on my experience.
Had to bring my car in to have a list of repairs that would take about a week time, they dis their best to get me a loaner which I later realized that I was driving a brand new 2016 Ford Explorer limited edition ... just gota say AMAZING !!! So in love with the Style and performance of the vehicle.
When going to pick up my car, not only was it fix but they also washed and cleaned it out. So gratful for it all.
